Her Excellency Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi is the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development whose primary mission is to promote the acquisition of knowledge and the overall cultural environment. Prior to this, Her Excellency was appointed as the UAE Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs to act as the key link between the Cabinet and the Federal National Council.

Saeed Al Nazari is the Director General of Federal Youth Authority, Executive Director of The Youth Office at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, Chief Strategy Officer at the Arab Youth Center, Member at the First Federal Emirates Youth Council and the first Global Innovation Ambassador for the Global Innovation Management Institute. Al Nazari led and Managed 50+ National Strategic Projects during his 10 years of experience in the Public and Private Sector.

Al Nazari worked with several federal and local entities on impactful, innovative and strategic government initiatives, he successfully managed and worked with the Minister of State for Youth on National Youth Agenda, National Youth Retreat, National Youth Engagement Policy, National Youth Dialogue, National Emirates Youth Values Program, Youth Hubs across the country, Youth Circles, 100 Mentors Program, Youth Debates, Youth Data Hub, Youth Launchpad, Youth UN Delegation Program, Emirates Youth Global Initiative, Youth 101, Youth Spots, and Youth Summer Academy. He also managed cutting-edge projects that reflect the pioneering and trailblazing spirit of the emirate of Dubai and the UAE government. He worked on a full Corporate Happiness Manual and Index, developed the first ever Drone First Aid and won the 3rd place in Drones for Good Award, managed Dubai Public Private Sector Innovation Partnership, UAE Innovation in Schools initiatives. Regionally, Saeed managed Arab Social Media Influencers Summit, Arab Strategy Forum, Arab Social Media Award, Arab Youth Strartup Marketplace, Arab Youth Strategy, Young Arab Media Leaders, Arab Youth Pioneers, Sudan Youth Forum. He have been selected to represent Arab Youth in many forums and summits regionally to highlight areas of Achievement. He also won the first place in the GCC Youth Award. Saeed served at the UAE’s Prime Minister’s Office, The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Airport Freezone, Noor Bank and Emirates Islamic Bank.

In additional to many other Entrepreneurship awards from different entities. He is also a high rank winner in many competitions such as Young Entrepreneurs Competition and Emirates Drones for Good competition
